What Do Blood Values Mean?

Blood tests provide important clues about our overall health. Many people wonder what the abbreviations in their lab results mean. From glucose to cholesterol, from thyroid hormones to liver enzymes, each parameter reflects a different function of the body. Understanding these values correctly is crucial for early detection of potential health risks and for adjusting lifestyle accordingly.
