Healthy Night Snack

For those who get hungry at night and can’t resist snacking, this recipe is a must-try 🫶🏻 It’s both very light and super tasty 🥒🫠

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cucumbers 🥒
  • 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt (I preferred strained yogurt) 🥄
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 🫒
  • A pinch of black pepper 🤌🏻
  • 1/2 lemon 🍋 (I didn’t add it since I don’t like the sour taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the cucumbers into long ribbons using a potato/cucumber peeler. Mix all the ingredients together. Enjoy 🙂
