Ingredients
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons labneh
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Mix the desiccated coconut, labneh, and honey, and form small balls. Dip the balls into dark chocolate melted using a double boiler method, place them on a plate lined with parchment paper, and chill in the freezer for 10–12 minutes.
You can enjoy 2–3 pieces as a healthy snack between meals.
