With only 2 ingredients and an incredibly delicious taste, we say goodbye to bloating with this refreshing ice cream 🍨🫠🤍
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pineapple
- 3 heaping tablespoons of yogurt or 1/2 cup of milk
PREPARATION
Chop the whole pineapple (including the cylindrical core) into small pieces and freeze. Then blend it together with yogurt or milk. Place the mixture into a container and put it back in the freezer. After freezing for another 1–2 hours, your ice cream is ready 🍨🫠
📌 Yogurt is effective in reducing bloating, which is why I prefer using it 🌱 However, if you don’t have a powerful blender, blend the fresh pineapple with yogurt first, then freeze it. Alternatively, you can use plant-based milk or regular milk 🙌🏻
📌 Pineapple contains bromelain, which helps the body get rid of excess water. It’s also rich in potassium and fiber. Potassium-rich foods help maintain the sodium-potassium balance in body fluids. This prevents sodium accumulation inside the cells, reducing bloating. The high fiber content also supports bowel movement, which promotes water elimination 🌱🙌🏻
📌 With a healthy, balanced diet, sufficient water intake, and this recipe, you can notice a significant reduction in bloating 🌱🙌🏻
🍨 You can divide your ice cream into 4 portions and enjoy it for 4 consecutive days 🌱 Or share this delicious and refreshing treat with your family 🤤
〽 I topped mine with sliced almonds. The combination of yogurt, fruit, and nuts keeps you full for a long time. You can enjoy this instead of a main meal for a lighter option or have it as a filling snack 🌱🙌🏻
This recipe is super easy to make and incredibly delicious — I’m sure you’ll love it 🥰
