Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 60 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the desiccated coconut, mix well, shape the mixture, and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C until lightly golden on top. Then, dip the cookies in dark chocolate melted using a double boiler method and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Your delicious cookies are ready to enjoy!
